The team at Pursuit of Portraits is looking forward to "In The Mood For Love" -- our first instameet for 2016, set for tomorrow, Saturday, February 20th with co-host @moodygrams.

This past January, members of Pursuit of Portraits had the opportunity to kick off 2016 in beautiful Reykjavik, Iceland. PoP's own @saunakspace, @neivy, and @deejayforte formed half of the photography team #NYCxNiceland that together made the trek to Iceland for a unique Instameet hosted by @igers_iceland and @solvander, with hospitality provided by @icelandairhotels.
The sole objective of a successful meet is a create a friendly, inclusive and fun environment for all attendees. No meet is too large or too small. The value proposition is to connect with like-minded individuals that share the same or similar passion with a clear take-away...

Established in early 2015 in New York City, Pursuit of Portraits has rapidly transformed from a personal Instagram account for founder Saunak Shah, into a highly connected creative community of nearly 40 thousand portraiture fanatics and photographers. The most recent manifestation of Shah's vision for Pursuit of Portraits took place on a bright Sunday, October 4th in New York City, at the group's second ever instameet, aptly named "For the Pursuit".
